NADCA STANDARDS
The Efficiency & Sustainability of Die Casting
Die Casting is one of the most environmentally friendly and efficient manufacturing methods you can choose for your next project. By its very nature, die casting lends itself beautifully to sustainability principles: reducing, reusing, and recycling. In fact, the best materials for the die-casting process, such as aluminum, are some of the most easily recyclable. Dies crafted for die-cast components last longer than tooling for many other casting processes and are more easily recycled once they reach the end of their lifespan. Of all manufacturing methods, including updated efficient manufacturing processes, none use as little energy or create as small a carbon footprint as die casting.
